Job Description
We employ community-driven and highly skilled clinicians to provide integrated care in our Health Centers. We are seeking new associates to join our team in the capacity of Adolescent Medicine Physician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to treat, prevent and/or diagnose illness, disease, or injury
- Examine or conduct tests to provide information on medical status
- Analyze records, reports, test results, and examination information
- Prescribe/administer treatment, therapy, medication and/or vaccination
- Explain procedures and discuss test results
- Advise patients on diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention
- Collaborate with non-physician providers (NP, PA, CNM, etc)
Experience and Skills
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of accredited residency program
- Completion of Fellowship in Adolescent Medicine
- Board Certified
- Valid NY State license, CDS, DEA, and BLS
- Understanding of and passion for Community Healthcare is preferred
Compensation
Annual salary from $180,000 to $215,000 per year
