Our Behavioral Health Department employs community-driven and highly skilled clinicians to provide integrated care in our Health Centers. We are seeking new associates to join our team in the capacity of Clinical Psychologist Supervisor. Reporting to the Director of VIDA Guidance Center, the Clinical Supervisor provides regular clinical supervision to a team of Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMSW, Psychologists) while maintaining a small caseload of patients as well.
Minimum Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Doctoral Degree program (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
Valid NYS License
Experience working in a previous mental health setting, outpatient clinic or hospital with supervisory and/or leadership experience
At least 2 years of direct experience providing clinical supervision
Ability to successfully interact and communicate with a diversified population
Bilingual, (English/Spanish) a plus.
Knowledge of OMH Requirements and work in an Article-31 setting
Annual salary from $100,000 to $135,000 per year Key Duties:Primary responsibilities include: supervision of outpatient behavioral health providers, providing clinical training, ensuring proper documentation, and consultation activities; along with clinical duties of managing a panel of patients
Provides weekly clinical supervision to a team of Therapists consisting of part time and full time associates.
Reviews treatment plans and therapeutic processes.
Conducts evidence based individual and group psychotherapy.
Provides consultation to medical providers and social workers
Participates in clinical team meetings.
Complete all required documentation in the medical record, care planning, discharge planning
